Why Area Managers care about this new reporting feature

One of the central aspects of an Area Manager’s job is the overview of operations across several stores. How well are campaigns, daily readiness, and brand appearance being executed?

In retail, it’s all about detail. However, often it takes an exhausting amount of work to effectively keep track of all the important pieces of information that together form the puzzle of a successfully customer-engaging business.

Already, Mobaro Retail offers its reports to the users who access them from the back-office portal or receive them through email. At any level in your organization we can deliver reports to suit the need you have for acting relevantly informed – which is what a report should be all about, otherwise it’s just dumb data sitting there - but that’s just our opinion...

Behold, store visit reports in your pocket

Our clients were asking for that same clear overview, but easily accessible from the Mobaro mobile app. So, as per usual, our development wizards, started crunching zeros and ones to form the basis for that new feature.

Now, Area Managers (or anyone else like Visual Merchandisers, Ops Managers etc.) just tap the tile ‘Reports’ and there’s the stuff they need to know, before, during or after a store visit.

Time and convenience

It’s all about presentation, availability and speed. Being prepared is paramount in efficiently supporting the local execution of campaigns, concept etc. in the stores. And by offering an archive like this, we have taken yet another load off the minds of a group of retailers who have enough on the minds.

Time consumption cut in half

"Today, conducting a check is significantly faster than before, and I get access to the reports straight away. In fact, we have cut our time consumption in half in this connection. On top of that, we now know exactly where we fail and where we succeed. This is a huge advantage."
